Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Get Body Sculpted LLC, all services are provided by appointment and require reserved time, staff, equipment, and preparation. By booking or purchasing services, you agree to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable, including services, treatment packages, memberships, deposits, consultations, promotional offers, prepaid sessions, and financing purchases.

Results from non-invasive body contouring services vary by client and are not guaranteed. Refunds are not issued due to dissatisfaction with results, unused sessions, missed appointments, relocation, pregnancy, scheduling conflicts, or a decision to discontinue treatment.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, no-call/no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being forfeited, shortened, or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. Deposits are non-refundable.

Treatment Packages

Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the stated expiration period. Unused or expired sessions have no cash value.

Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications, recent surgeries, pregnancies, implants, or concerns before treatment.

Body contouring results depend on individual factors such as hydration, diet, alcohol intake, exercise, hormones, metabolism, and compliance with pre- and post-care instructions.

Failure to follow care instructions may affect results and does not qualify for refunds or complimentary services.

Financing & Chargebacks

Clients using third-party financing remain responsible for their payment agreement. Financing disputes or chargebacks do not cancel the service agreement or refund policy.

Get Body Sculpted LLC reserves the right to provide appointment records, signed forms, treatment notes, communication history, and documentation to respond to payment disputes.

Right to Refuse Service

Get Body Sculpted LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, undisclosed medical concerns, policy violations, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward staff or clients.
