Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Get Body Sculpted LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional non-invasive body contouring services. To maintain the integrity of our business and ensure a fair experience for all clients, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, treatment packages, prepaid sessions, or deposits. Once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether the sessions have been completed.

Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

* Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.

* Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the provider's discretion.

* A no-call, no-show will result in the session being marked as completed with no reschedule.

Health & Safety Considerations

* Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns before treatment.

* Any adverse reactions must be reported within 48 hours of the session for review.

* Our treatments are FDA-approved and non-invasive, but results vary by individual.

* Clients must follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by their technician for optimal results.

Right to Refuse Service

Get Body Sculpted LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client who:

* Fails to follow spa policies or treatment guidelines.

* Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients.

* Has undisclosed medical conditions that may pose a risk during treatment.
