We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Refund Policy: At the time of making your appointment, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit which is transferable toward your balance of your first session and or package you purchase.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation, if the appointment is re-scheduled a minimum 48 hours prior to your appointment day, this deposit will be applied to the scheduled appointment.
If you fail to reschedule your appointment with a minimum 48 hours notice, no transfer of the deposit will be applied. In the case of pre paid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited if we are not given 48 hours notice.
All packages are valid for use for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any treatments not used within a 12 month period will be forfeited without refund.
WE DO NOT REFUND BECAUSE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
This does not exclude your rights for a refund under consumer law where there is a major problem with the product or service.
Results from treatments may take up to 12 weeks to show results and results will vary from client to client.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services.
